ProCRETE Premium Anchoring Patch is a high-strength 2-component urethane product. This specially formulated product creates a permanent anchoring solution for bolts, railings or any other metal-to-concrete or masonry repair needs. Unlike concrete, it will NOT crack, shrink or lose its adhesion to the repaired area—even after years of severe weather.

What is the coverage for a 5.0 fl oz pouch (2 per box)?
SQUARE INCH COVERAGE: 9.0 sq in @ 1” D / 18.0 sq in @ .5″ D / 36.0 sq in @ .25″ D.
LINEAR COVERAGE: 36.0 linear in @ .25” W x 1” D / 72.0 linear in @ .25” W x .5” D.
Is ProCrete water resistant?
Yes.
Is ProCrete chemical resistant and resistant to oil and grease?
Yes.
What color is ProCrete Premium Anchoring Patch?
Gray.
What is the working time?
15 – 20 min at 70 °F (from start of mixing).
What is the cure time/open to traffic
2 hours at 70 °F (minimum). Higher temperatures will speed up cure; lower temperatures slow down cure.
What is the ideal application temperature?
70 to 80 °F. High temperature greatly affect cure time and pouch heat. Ensure pouch is at room temperature (approximately 70 °F or cooler) BEFORE mixing.
How do I store ProCrete?
Store in clean, dry, cool, low-humidity and shaded environment between 50 to 90 °F.
What is the service temperature?
Fully cured product can withstand temperatures from -40 to 212 °F intermittently.
Is ProCrete freeze/thaw stable?
Yes. Tested up to 50 freeze/thaw cycles.
Is ProCrete paintable?
Yes. Oil-based paints recommended. Test first to ensure compatibility and adhesion.
What are clean-up instructions?
Tools can be cleaned with soap and water, wiping off uncured material, or scraping cured product. Wash skin with soap and water.
What types of applications would I use ProCrete Premium Anchoring Patch for?
Stair and other railing/Bolts/Rods/Bike racks/Anchored seating/Dowels, etc.
How do I avoid bubbling?
It is EXTREMELY important that the bottom of the surface to be repaired be cleaned out and completely dry. ProCRETE is sensitive to moisture and may bubble when curing if the area is not dry.
Do not spread the edges of the repair (feathering) any thinner than 1/8” to avoid any bubbling.
